Ford PH Rolls Out Safety and Sanitary Practices In Dealerships As “New Normal”

A total of fifteen (15) dealerships of Ford Philippines in areas on general community quarantine are now open and operational while observing the “new normal”, with safety and sanitary protocols in place to keep the safety and well-being of Ford customers and dealership employees.  


These are Ford dealerships in Bohol, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Dipolog, Dumaguete, General Santos, Ilocos Norte, Isabela, Naga, Negros, Ormoc, Palawan, Roxas, Surigao and Tacloban.


Ford dealers are rolling out measures to maintain a safe and sanitary environment in its showrooms such as conducting regular temperature checks for everyone entering the showroom, re-organization of the dealership floor to ensure social distancing, wearing of face masks and gloves for Ford dealer personnel at all times with a hazardous waste container onsite for proper disposal, enforcement of social distancing rules in all customer interactions, thorough disinfection of all Ford dealerships three (3) times a day, and availability of hand sanitizer dispensers and alcohol in the showroom.


On the sales and service side, Ford dealerships are also implementing a number of initiatives such as vehicle sanitation, remote sales support to give customers a first-hand shopping experience, and support for finance and expired warranties.
